What being a CLOZR actually looks like.

📞

Inbound Only

Every lead you work is warm. No cold calls, no prospecting, no lists.

🏡

Work From Anywhere

Remote, flexible schedule. You control your hours within coverage windows.

💰

Performance-Based Pay

Earn per door closed. The better you perform, the more you earn.

📋

Playbook Provided

You're given scripts, objection guides, and a full sales playbook. No guessing.

🧑‍💼

1099 Contractor

Flexible contractor arrangement. Ideal as a primary or supplemental income.

This role is a great fit for a specific kind of person.

You don't need a real estate license. You don't need property management experience. You do need to be great on the phone and serious about your craft.

🏆

Former Sales Professionals

You've carried a quota. You know what it means to follow up, handle objections, and close. CLOZR gives you a channel to use those skills on your schedule.

🏠

Stay-at-Home Parents

You want real income around a real schedule. CLOZR's flexible hours and remote structure make it possible to close deals without sacrificing what matters at home.

Side Hustlers

You want performance-based income on top of your current role. No quota minimums, no office politics — just results-based earnings in your off hours.

🎯

Aspiring Full-Time Closers

You want to build a career in sales. CLOZR gives you live deals, a proven playbook, and documented results — the building blocks of a real sales career.

🏘️

Real Estate Adjacent Professionals

Former property managers, leasing agents, mortgage professionals, or real estate agents who want to stay connected to the industry in a different capacity.

📱

Disciplined Remote Workers

You're self-managed, responsive, and can hold yourself accountable to a process. This isn't a passive gig — it rewards people who show up consistently.

What you'll actually do.

No cold calls. No outbound prospecting. You handle inbound leads — owner inquiries that are already coming to the property management company you're supporting.

  • Respond to inbound owner inquiries within your assigned coverage window
  • Qualify leads against client-defined criteria (property type, location, timeline)
  • Answer questions about the client's services using their approved talking points
  • Handle common objections using client-provided scripts and guides
  • Book qualified leads directly into the client's calendar with context notes
  • Work a structured follow-up cadence for leads that didn't convert on first contact
  • Log all activity in the CRM — every call, text, and email tracked
  • Escalate anything outside your defined guardrails immediately and cleanly

What you will NOT be doing

  • Cold calling or prospecting for new leads
  • Negotiating pricing, fees, or contract terms
  • Signing agreements or making binding commitments
  • Managing properties or handling operational issues
  • Creating contracts or legal documents
  • Working outside the client's approved guardrails

Important: As a CLOZR, you represent individual property management companies within their specific guardrails. You never negotiate terms, adjust pricing, or make commitments outside what the client has explicitly authorized. This protects you, the client, and the owners you speak with.

You're the right person if...

  • You're responsive. If a lead comes in, you're on it fast. Latency is the enemy of conversion and your job depends on speed.
  • You're coachable. You follow the playbook. You don't freelance, you don't improvise outside your guardrails, and you take feedback seriously.
  • You're strong on the phone. Confident, clear, warm, and professional. You know how to build rapport quickly and move a conversation forward.
  • You're organized. You keep your CRM updated. You hit your follow-up commitments. You don't let things fall through the cracks.
  • You're a closer. Not pushy — but you know how to create urgency, handle objections, and ask for the next step.
  • You're professional. You represent a company that trusts you with their leads and their reputation. You treat that seriously.

Nice to have — not required

  • Prior sales experience (B2B, B2C, or real estate)
  • Property management or real estate background
  • CRM experience (any platform)
  • Experience handling service-based inbound sales

What you need on day one

  • Reliable phone and internet
  • Quiet professional environment for calls
  • Availability within your coverage window
  • A genuine desire to close deals
